Order being returned to PeriPage® must have a valid return merchandise authorization (PRA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid PRA number. Please contact us within the return period to obtain an PRA number.
PeriPage® refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all original accessories to be accepted. Roundtrip shipping costs are nonrefundable and if you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the items to you will be deducted from your refund. The original cost of shipping to international destinations is $25 USD. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if you ship an item over $75 USD. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we have received & inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 2 to 5 business days. Once we have shipped an order, the delivery address cannot be updated and if the delivery fails because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. Orders not delivered after two months in transit qualify for a full refund.
PeriPage® products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. We only exchange items if they stop working, we do not exchange product damaged caused by clumsy handling or unconventional use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to ask for additional evidence before processing to an exchange. PeriPage® purchased elsewhere than this website are not covered by Warranty. If you discover a problem when you receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery and include a video of the packaging of your order with the faulty item & your order confirmation number so we can process to an exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PeriPage® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PeriPage® will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
